Do I need the base game to use CricketX Pro?
Yes. The base game is the core app — every bowler, stadium and match mode lives there, and it ships with everything most batters need. CricketX Pro stacks premium features on top: Analysis Mode, Special Deliveries and legendary match event recreations. Buy the base game first, add CricketX Pro whenever you are ready.
What does CricketX Pro actually unlock?
Four things: (1) Analysis Mode — full post-match review and advanced analytics; (2) Special Deliveries — signature delivery types; (3) Legendary match event recreations like IND vs PAK 2022 and IND vs SL 2011; (4) Private #pro-lounge access on our Discord (a quieter side room where the dev team hangs out a bit more). Plus early access to every new premium feature we ship. The rest of the game — custom bowlers, every stadium, shot replays, match modes — is free with the base game.
What happens if I cancel CricketX Pro?
You keep every CricketX Pro feature until the end of your paid period. After that, the premium content locks again and the rest of the base game works exactly as it did before. Re-subscribe whenever you want — your profile and stats stay put.
Is there a free trial?
The base game gives you a complete batting net on its own — treat that as your trial. Upgrade to CricketX Pro whenever you want the premium layer.
Do the smart bats work with any Meta Quest?
Every CricketX bat is built around the Meta Quest 2, 3 and 3s controllers. Each bat ships with a controller mount sized for the Quest family — snap in, calibrate, face up.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Switching from monthly to yearly is a one-click change — proration is calculated automatically, so you only ever pay the difference.
Which bat should I start with?
New to VR cricket? Classic Lite or Precision Lite are the easiest on-ramps. Want the most match-realistic feel? Pick Classic (full willow) or Precision (full 3D-printed shell).
Are all prices in USD?
Yes — every CricketX price is in USD. The base game and Pro subscription are billed in USD via Stripe; smart bats are priced in USD with flat-rate shipping to the UK, Pakistan, Canada, and Australia. Your card issuer handles any currency conversion automatically.
